Preparing Images for Projection: By George Steele CPAGB. LRPS.
This presentation will cover such tasks as sharpening, re-sizing, re-shaping, creating borders, etc. using Photoshop so that your digital images can be shown at their best. George is an excellent teacher and over the coming months we are hoping to arrange a series of talks by him on different topics – all helping us to get the most from our photos.
For this week, we are looking for a few images that George can work on to demonstrate his techniques, so if you have a photo you would like to bring, please put it onto a disc or data stick and bring it with you on Friday. We will leave it to George’s discretion as to which he would like to use and we can’t guarantee he will be able to use all of them!
NB: the image must be in a RAW file (ie not Jpeg) and unedited/unaltered as it came out of the camera.
If you are thinking of coming along for the first time, then you are most welcome. A friendly reception and a good cup of tea awaits you!
